What Can I do?

 Rebuilding new platform, most of my projects are end-to-end flow from customer facing to backend operation.

- Build 3 new health services for global user (Manager Assist, Performance Coaching, and Critical Incident).

- Integrated Medicare (biggest national insurance) as payment method.

• Led development for Search Funnel. Building the base logic, optimize the journey with initial state, autocomplete, error handling, search filter and product card component. Responsible to make smooth experience for busiest funnel with >60% transaction on the platform.
• Led development for Travel and Entertainment sub BU. Build zero to one Hotel Booking on the platform, contributed to IDR 50- 500mio daily transaction. Also, kickstarted digital products such as top up, voucher, and personal loan.

• Managed Buyer’s Growth Product, consists 3 sub-divisions: Retention- Reward System, Gopaycoins (In-app currency), PLUS (premium subscription) and integrated >10mio accounts with Gojek. Promotion- Coupon and voucher distribution, contribute to save billion burn per day. Also, Engagement - design gamification products to engage users with zero money spent. 
• Managed Media, Communication, Moslem Corner, Quick Commerce and Enterprise platform.

 Responsible to build first Digital Product (cellular topup), Official Store (premium-tier for official merchant), Main Homepage (2018), and CMS platform to ease marketing to build mini homepage for campaigns. 

 Responsible for internal app development and communication design for any occassions. - Build Sales App system that been used by all frontliners in Indonesia. - Build a mandatory learning app about banking products that been used by staff. - Build sales app for privileged status customer (Solitaire) - Responsible to create communication banner and announcement. 

Internship - responsible to build promotional web & print media from clients. 

Graduate from Visual Communication Design major. 

UXSEA Summit is the biggest UX event in southeast Asia. I had opportunity to be keynote speaker in 2019 Singapore to brought up study case about super-app making in Tokopedia. See the talk here.

 ITB Arkavidia 2019 is an event organized by the Informatics Student Association (HIMATEKA) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). I spoke behalf my company -Tokopedia with topic UX Pattern to Engage Users.

I was keynote speaker at Gojek event, not behalf my company of course, to share our experience about on how Gojek, Tokopedia, and Tiket.com doing recruitment phase.

ELEVATE is one of biggest local UX talk in Indonesia, held by my former company Tokopedia. Only happened once though. I brought up study case about gamification product in e-commerce.

Gerakan 1000 Startup is a project held by government -under Kominfo to nurturing ideas and startup all over Indonesia. I brought up study case about my experience in developing and managing team in Tokopedia.

Telkomsel is one of the biggest telco provider in Indonesia. In 2019, I helped to mentoring team to develop projects, I also proactively to mentoring team member to improve their performance. In 2024, my part was to help stakeholders to do appraisal and improving the competency bar for all team. 

Gerakan 1000 Startup is a project held by government -under Kominfo to nurturing ideas and startup all over Indonesia. I been mentoring the candidate to develop their startup ideas for design thinking and UX pattern.

Responsible to handle hiring process for UX candidates. From building standard competency, study cases, and interview rundown rule. I also formed a team to help me interview candidates with equal standard.

Every month, Tokopedia always held 5 days to introduce new employee (newkama) about company culture and work ethic standard. I responsible -for 4 years, every month, to teach about design thinking to all those new employees.

During my professional career, I actively teach in many design institutes and courses. I been teaching in Purwadhika Startup School in its early days, also in Binar Academy. Mostly, I teach UX with my fellow Gojek pals in Insan Desain.

During my early career days, I already been a part of mentorship program in BCA to teach frontliners about sales app usage, and sometimes, Microsoft office. Might be the youngest one to become mentor.
